Written Policy Development
Patriot Testing works in conjunction with company management in writing a drug and alcohol policy. This policy shall address issues involving the use and misuse of drugs and alcohol and the consequences of violating the policy. This policy shall also serve as a legal document enforcing employee cooperation with the your company's drug and alcohol testing program. Each employee shall be given a copy of this policy and sign a written acknowledgement of receipt.
Patriot Testing conducts an employee training focusing on the critical issue of drug and alcohol misuse. Employees also need to understand how your company policy will affect them. The instructor will discuss in detail your company's specific policy on drugs and alcohol, and the actual process they will encounter when testing.
Patriot Testing conducts a supervisor training seminar in recognizing "unfit behavior". This seminar is geared towards understanding the effects of controlled substances and alcohol, and what to do when confronting an employee about an "unfit" condition or an issue regarding work performance.
Patriot Testing offers on-site urine collections which allows the employee to continue to productively work, and only leave their job when we are on site. The collection usually takes no more than 10-15 minutes. |
